Enhancements
– Addresses questions or concerns from employees, business owners or directors regarding the function of the portal.
– Meeting with the team member to review and document new requirements and enhancements.
– Configuring and developing intranet portal (SharePoint systems) and Nintex to specified requirements.
– Setting tasks and development goals and plan.
– Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, C#, etc.
– Designing, coding, and implementing scalable portal enhancements.
– Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
– Testing and debugging code.
– Holds training and informational sessions to teach employees how to use SharePoint.
– Providing portal training to staff and customers.
Maintenance with Partners
– Troubleshoots and resolves any issues with the software performance/and provide incident report.
– Oversees activity pertaining to the maintenance of SharePoint.
Manages and revises the layout of the site
– Maintains records of SharePoint updates, maintenance, and activity.
– Maintains the security role management.
– Follow change management process/schedule.
– Resource my work out of office hours for changes/maintenance.
– Resource must comply with the SLAs
Monitoring
– Analyzes user activity on SharePoint.
– Reports to company management with updates and information about SharePoint use.
– Reviewing portal interface and software stability.
– Troubleshooting software issues.
– Participate on operation weekly meeting.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
– MOSS or WSS certification.
