Transguard is currently seeking a Senior Manager-FM Consumer Services.
As Senior Manager – FM Consumer Services, you will be managing a team of individuals responsible for revenue delivery and operational excellence across the assigned customer account portfolio. In this role, your responsibilities include the following:
• Ensuring that the customer accounts are delivering to budgeted targets, revenue and gross contributions, contributing to the department P&L.
• Ensuring that the customer accounts are accurately forecasted and that budget is accurately captured, reported and delivered.
• Managing commercial contracts with existing clients, monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the portfolio of contracts.
• Monitoring the financial performance of the account portfolio, contract profitability and control on spend, resource allocation and budget management.
• Ensuring all mobilisations, demobilisations and daily operations are executed to plan, completed within the agreed time frames and all KPIs are met.
• Managing the key contacts and relationship within your account portfolio, ensure the account is fully managed and relationships are developed at every level.
• Ensuring effective debtor management across the Account Portfolio, ensure risk profiles are fully secured with all clients and decisive actions are taken where necessary to protect the business.
• Continuous improvement of internal processes and provide efficient solutions
• Monitor and review teams performance and support all management team activities in line with Transguard’s Vision and Values, delivering specific and measurable aims, goals and targets for all team colleagues.
