Charterhouse is working an established QSR restaurant group who are looking to hire a QSR Restaurants Operations Manager in Dubai to manage their QSR interests. As Restaurants Operations Manager you will report directly to the CEO.
Your main responsibilities will be to oversee the day to day operations of all the locations as well as to develop the brand, you will plan, develop and implement all restaurant openings and expansions. You will be responsible for developing the strategic plans for the brand and the restaurants, working to increase sales in both established and new locations. Reporting to the CEO you will be required to work independently and oversee the full business function confidently.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role, overseeing in excess of 15 locations, as well as have worked on developing a QSR brand, with a proven track record. Experience with a QSR brand is a must for this role, preferably a large known international brand. Experience in franchise is preferred as well. Due to current travel restrictions candidates currently based in the UAE can be considered for this roles.
