Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
– 5+ years of Learning and Development strategy
– 5+ years with Organisational Development engagement initiatives
– Working with strategies for L&D and OD
– Change Management experience
– Experience with learning needs analysis
– Management experience
– MBTI and NLP qualifications would be an added bonus
