We are looking for someone highly motivated, dynamic and experienced to join our boutique company. The right candidate needs to be able to work with supervision, meet daily and weekly targets, be results-focused and be confident managing a team of 12+ kitchen staff. As our company is fast-expanding we need someone adaptable, committed and highly focused.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent written and spoken English, excellent administration and organisational skills
• Minimum 8 years experience in similar role and have experience of the home delivery market
• Minimum 3 years experience within the UAE, be based inside the country and have a drivers license
• Be an excellent strategist, self-starter and have interpersonal skills and willingness to talk to clients and host staff meetings
• Ideally be a European national
