On behalf of our client a Dubai based oil and gas operator, we are looking to recruit a Pipeline NOC Team Lead. Reporting to the Pipeline Superintendent you will be responsible for leading a team of NOC Engineers and Designers in conducting technical reviews of NOC applications in the company’s hydrocarbon pipeline zone in order to prevent 3rd party damage to the pipeline, act as a single point of contact to support Project Engineers to obtain NOC from other authorities/utilities.
Design pipeline corridor protection systems such as fences, berms, warning signs, crash protection and road and desert crossings. Review the maps of pipeline fence damage, identify and design additional crossings as per the company standard crossing design where required, coordinate and conduct periodic pipeline corridor visits with pipeline patrolling staff, work with electronic or manual NOC process in order to organise internal or external NOC application reviews, conduct technical evaluations and update SOP’s as required

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, have 10 years experience in the above, experience with GIS, working knowledge of NOC system with Autocad. A UAE driving licence is essential. Candidates with the above experience need apply and will be considered This role is open to UAE residents
