Requirements

Job Requirements

Qualifications
– Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering or High school qualification (technical subjects)
– Management of Major Emergencies / Crisis Management Certification (Mandatory requirement)

Experience
– 15+ years of experience in Offshore Operations / Maintenance / Engineering
– Sound technical knowledge of the facilities, systems, equipment and processes
– Complete knowledge of the facility support service requirements as well as technical knowledge regarding the deliver-ability of the service
– Strong HSE background and regulatory knowledge regarding the implementation and/or compliance with the various policies and standards
– Awareness of legislative, statutory requirements relevant to the Installation
– Experience in managing a large workforce of 200 (two hundred) + personnel
– Experience in managing multi-functional groups and multi-national teams

Other Competencies / Skills / Others
– Strong leadership, management and decision making skills
– Strong team player and networking skills
– Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
– Excellent English oral and written communication skills
– Good presentation skills – ability to address a large work force
– Good computer skills in MS office.
