The Interior Design Team Leader is responsible for drafting of preliminary and complete working drawings , developing designs from the preliminary stage onward . He / she undertakes client contact , project programming , space planning and concept initiating in order to successfully complete a project and satisfy the clients

Key Accountabilities
– Manage the furniture interior design by planning designated project and preparing relevant quotations
– Manage commercial interiors projects, including programming client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and management of budgets and schedules
– Carry out design documentation, specifications and detailing, and conduct regular site visit and inspection to ensure quality assurance of built works against documentation
– Organize and coordinate ID concept presentation content, including material/finish boards, color renderings, imagery and concept visuals and related graphics materials
– Prepare and finalize the refill orders for showrooms in coordination with Brand Manager and Operations Manager, based on statistics prepared by the Inventory Department on best selling items
– Prepare, finalize and check the drawings and layouts of all the new opening furniture showrooms in all the countries
– Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities that include planning and assigning tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring results and quality, providing training and relaying team’s request to hierarchy
– Assist in the preparation of the company’s published magazine by collecting necessary data

Requirements

S
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
– Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
– 4-6 years of experience in a similar role in retail industry
– Fluency in English
– Proficiency in MS office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp
