Requirements
S
* 8+ years HR experience in a professional services organization such as financial services, management consultancy, law firm or technology
* Strong HR Business Partner capabilities with experience working with senior stakeholders – proven experience influencing change
* Data analytic experience, expertise in reading compensation data and expert user in Excel
* Excellent relationship building skills in a corporate setting
* Be able to live and work in Abu Dhabi
