Requirements

– Associate or BS Degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus
– Minimum 4 years of proven working experience
– Proven experience and responsibility in a busy, fast paced kitchen
– Strong knowledge in Arabic Cuisine
– Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
– Capable and smart to work in the kitchen lead role
– Food Hygiene qualifications and professional cooking qualification
– Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
