– POSITION: MOH Registered Nurse / Laser Tech

CANDIDATE PROFILE
– Open to ANY nationality
– Female, 23 to 35 years old
– Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
– Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
– Promotes patient’s independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.
– Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division’s philosophies and standards of care set by state board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations.
– Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
– Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
– Assist the Dermatologist in laser treatment for a variety of skin care applications
– Confer with clients concerning medical history, sensitivities or allergies and determine a course of action
– Be familiar with action in urgent situations (anaphylaxis, shock etc); should be able to assist doctor in case of cardiopulmonary reanimation
– Attention to detail required in the performance of skin exams and recording of patient’s medical histories and test results

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, must have a Registered Nurse Certification / License
– Any relevant certification or training and other academic qualification is an advantage
– Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar role, home country experience is acceptable
– Previous work experience from a wellness center/beauty clinic/cosmetic clinic/medical center/hospital will be an added advantage
– Must have MOH license or eligibility letter
– Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
– Candidates who are currently working as a Laser Technician are welcome to apply
