Female E-Commerce Manager Up To 20k Aed for a High End Cosmetic Brand in UAE
• POSITION: E-COMMERCE MANAGER
• SALARY: up to 20,000 AED depending on qualifications and years of experience

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male or Female, below 35 years old
• Manage all online activities in relation to, traffic acquisition, online presence, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
• Develop and implement technology road maps to strategically drive sales and conversions, enhanced customer experience and continually elevate the site as a digital flagship destination
• Partner with the Digital Center of Excellence and other brand peers to share knowledge, gleam opportunities and represent the brand in all Ecommerce-focused activity
• Create potential customer base, sales and satisfaction across the GCC markets and territories
• Total oversight of operations including order management, Inventory, ownership of payment and fraud web services, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) receipt, and transactional flow of all orders. Manage the relationship and SLAs for all external operational partners

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Digital Marketing, Omni Channel, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 8 years of E-commerce experience in UAE and GCC region specifically in the beauty space in cosmetics, skin care or other beauty areas
• Minimum 5 years of People Management
• Experience in global e-commerce experience in beauty with digital knowledge is an added advantage
• Experience in web commerce platforms and technologies is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in E-commerce trends in the region
• Expert in web analytics tools (Google analytics, Net Insight, Web trends ect)
• With strong experience in start-up concepts
• Strong creative copywriting and proofing skills with an adaptive style that has impact online for social media -written and verbal communication should be excellent.
