The role supports the President and CEO of this highly diversified organisation, who also holds a number of Board and Advisory positions with international organisations globally. We are seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant, who has had considerable C-Suite (CEO / Chairman for a minimum of five years) exposure on a multi-national stage, to assist with streamlining the workload and acting as gatekeeper to this very high profile individual.

Core responsibilities will encompass extensive diary and travel management, including full liaison with the Private PA to ensure there is no conflict between schedules; managing complex stakeholder engagement and full responsibility for AGM, Board and committee Meetings. Drafting, editing and proofreading letters, emails and other documents such as biographies, speeches and promotional material will be part of the remit as well as establishing and maintaining a document management system to ensure ease of access at all times. The EA will also assist with event organisation on an ad hoc basis ranging from creating an invitation database to arranging whole events and all related elements.

Requirements

The Principle has a demanding schedule and a very heavy workload; hence we are seeking an EA who is comfortable working in a fast paced and very dynamic environment, who can cope with change and problem solve on their feet.

As a prospective candidate, you will be able to demonstrate strong regional knowledge, cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the political landscape of the region. You will be used to managing high profile relationships with government figures and international business leaders and you will be able to act as ambassador for the Principle at all times.

The company prides itself on having a very diverse workforce in place, however, due to the nature of this role and the level of correspondence required, it is essential that candidates possess English as their first language. Candidates will be screened thoroughly for this role and only those meeting the exact requirements will be contacted. A strong personality and the ability to adapt and show flexibility is also especially important.

NB: The interview process for this role will be very demanding and will consist of several complex interview stages, hence candidates will need to commit to the process. Candidates must be able to wait until August to start the role and be very flexible in terms of location of work and travel (in line with ongoing Covid 19 restrictions).
