Requirements

– POSITION: Restaurant Manager
– SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
– HIRING COMPANY: Healthy Concept Restaurant
– WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
– AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or 1-month notice
– EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
– Open to EUROPEAN nationals
– Female, 40 y/o and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary or any relevant course
– HACCP, PIC or other certifications will be preferred
– Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the same position, preferably from the same restaurant concept in the UAE
– Experienced in operational aspect of managing the restaurant, staff management, revenue generation, etc.
– Must be flexible in work timings even on weekends
– Familiarity with restaurant management software
– Exceptional communication skills
– Strong leadership, management and organization skills
– With a valid UAE Driver’s license
