– Supervise, direct, counsel and assist all baristas
– Keep up to date with new market trends
– Ensures all projects and responsibilities handed down by the management team is completed in a timely and efficient manner

– Identifying new coffee brands which is will be cost effective and of high quality

– Conduct at least once every 6 weeks, a beverage sales boosting activity per outlet

Requirements

– POSITION: Head Barista
– SALARY: up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
– Open to EUROPEAN nationals
– Male/Female, 35 y/o and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant and Hospitality Management or any relevant course
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
– Outgoing personality, approachable and easy dealing with people in social settings
– Knowledgeable in basic maintenance and troubleshooting on coffee machines
– Excellent communication skills
– Good knowledge about specialty coffee, latte art etc.
– Unprecedented knowledge of coffee, the market and product development
– Be known as a coffee aficionado
