• To provide commercial, legal and technical contract management for a major long term government project in Abu Dhabi

This engineering and manufacturing entity supplies services and equipment to the military and defence sector
Description
• Work in conjunction with Engineers, Program/Project Managers, Contracts Specialists, Sub-contractors, and Legal to develop contracts relating to the maintenance, integration, design and modification of the product/s
• Draft, review and negotiate supplier and client contracts
• Provide contract administration and risk mitigation measures specific to commercial and legal aspects
• Finalize commercial inputs for contracts and agreements for customers and suppliers including but not limited to NDA’s, Project Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Supply Agreements, Services Agreements, etc.

Requirements

Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria
• Minimum bachelor degree in contract management or law (LLB/LLM)
• 3-8 years experience in a legal contracts focused role
• Must be UAE National with family book
• Industry experience in defence, military, engineering, or manufacturing
