Our client, a leading FMCG/Food business is looking to hire our a Chief Operating Officer/Head of Supply Chain to join their team. Reporting directly to the CEO this role is a key member of the groups senior leadership team.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
– Overall management of the entire operations and supply chain function
– Management of warehousing, distribution and logistics
– Analysis of operations to evaluate the performance of the company – identify areas for potential cost reduction and productivity
– Assume responsibility for revenue generation and execution of business strategy plans
– Establish and monitor performance reporting systems
– Review operational performance, diagnose inefficiencies and implement corrective action plans
– Establish policies, procedures and systems

Requirements

– Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of professional supply chain and operations experience
– Candidates must be based in the UAE
– Candidates must have experience within FMCG or Food Industry
– Management of large scale operations and supply chains is essential for this role
– Professional qualifications preferred
– Minimum of a Bachelor level degree in relevant field
