• Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards

• Open to ANY nationality
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, conflict resolution and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong coaching and leadership skills and has the ability to motivate employees
• Decisiveness and attention to detail
• Polite and has a professional phone voice
