We are now seeking an exceptional Quantity Surveyor to join our award winning team based in Dubai.
This role will require frequent regional travel and will be responsible for pre-contract and cost estimation requirements as well as managing the commercial aspects and support activities requested by senior commercial staff.

Responsibilities
Paramount to success within this varied role will include
– Measurement of works from drawings including BIM and AutoCAD measurement techniques.
– Prepare draft correspondence to Consultants, Contractors and Authorities.
– Set up and maintain a robust data recording system.
– Prepare detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities.

Requirements

Qualifications
– To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 years career experience partnered with a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying.
– The preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate a robust knowledge of costs regionally.
– Chartered status with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors will be viewed favorably.
– Regional travel will be required.
– Knowledge of AUTOCAD and BIM software required.
