Requirements

– POSITION: ASSISTANT CHEF
– SALARY: up to 4,400 AED plus single accommodation depending on experience and qualifications
– HIRING COMPANY: 5-Star Hotel in Dubai
– WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
– AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized (1-month max)
– EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
– Open to any nationality
– Male/Female, 35 years below
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
– Degree/certification/training in culinary/hospitality management is preferred
– Minimum of 3 years progressive experience as a Catering Chef or CDP
– Catering experience is a must
– Proven effective supervisory skills, knowledge of food preparation, food costing and quality control procedures
– Prior work experience in a high-volume production setting with experience in off-site catering, and kitchen management
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
