Mould & Fabrication Supervisor up to 10k Aed for a Precast Manufacturing Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Define the schedule and prepare the tentative program in coordination with Mold & Fabrication foreman for new moulds fabrication and casting of elements
• Report to the Factory Manager on a daily/weekly basis for the following updates upon obtaining and confirming the same from Moulds & Fabrication Foreman
• Daily progress of work for each mould
• Monitor Production progress according to the planned program
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production and moulds requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs in coordination with Moulds & Fabrication Foreman
• Monitor the planned work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals based on Factory Manager instructions
• Follow up requisitions for materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services after obtaining information from Moulds & Fabrication Foreman
• Maintain operations data, such as time & production and prepare reports of production results in coordination with Moulds & Fabrication Foreman
• Determine standards, production goals, and rates, based on company policies, equipment and labor availability, and workloads
• Calculate labor and equipment requirements and production specifications, using standard formulas
• Plan and develop new products and production processes
• Assess job priorities to appropriate projects in coordination with Moulds & Fabrication Foreman
• Oversee job and make sure it runs smoothly and report accordingly to the Factory Manager’s instructions
• Evaluate the quickest and easiest way to do a job without sacrificing quality, safety and environment
• Responsible for getting jobs completed on time in coordination with Moulds & Fabrication Foreman

Requirements
S
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any related Engineering course
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a supervisory role preferably from a GRC (glassfibre reinforced concrete) / precast concrete company in the UAE
• Extensive experience in executing complicated precast moulds
• Well versed with in using moulding machine and operating of different equipment
• Strong analytical, planning, presentation and organizing skills
• Can work under pressure and a team player
• Good communication and leadership skills
