– Lead the Commercial and Contracts department of the project
– Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with project and client policy
– Preparing, reviewing, approving and administering contracts during various stages of the process
– Verifies and processes contract change notices, change orders

Requirements In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
– Degree in a construction-related field
– 10+ years of experience in contracts management
– GCC Railway or infrastructure experience required.
– One large railway project experience
– Infrastructure project experience in the UAE
– Stable employment history
– Ideally experienced working in a Joint venture
