Requirements

Requirements:
• Must have minimum 10 years of proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organization with global teams and third parties for a large organization.
• Experience in agile delivery within the context of a medium/Large technology change program.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with executive management and other stakeholders.
• Well-versed in the use of tools of software delivery and digital transformation.
• Ability to effectively communicate specialist information in an understandable format to all stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, focusing on core scrum values of openness, honesty and respect
• Must have 10 years of experience in Agile Delivery Lead.
• Must have 5 years of experience in Proven Leadership across complex delivery.
