QC Manager up to 25k Aed for a Construction and EPC (Oil and Gas) Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE
– Develops the Project QLT (Quality Leadership Team) Procedures, Policies, Forms and Document Templates to cover the specific Contract requirements
– Develops the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and the Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) based on the relevant Method Statements
– Manages the Quality Inspections of construction works, materials and equipment with his quality team
– Performs Internal Audits at Project Departments and follow up the addressing of findings
– Maintains the Project’s Quality Management System (QMS)
– Manages the Project Quality Leadership Team
– Follows up open Employer/Corporate/Internal NCRs and Observations
– Prepares and presents comprehensive Reports of QMS status to Employer and Corporate QLT Department
– Identifies and follows up the Project QLT Risks
– Prepares Project Quality Leadership KPIs per month, analyzes trends and follow up
– Coordinates with the other Project Departments and collects their KPIs per month
– Provides training to Project new Employees in QMS and to QLT Employees in QLT Procedures, Policies, Forms and Document Templates

Requirements

– POSITION: QC Manager
– SALARY: up to 25,000 AED plus accommodation, transportation and food depending on experience and qualification
– HIRING COMPANY: Construction and EPC (OIL AND GAS) Company
– WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
– AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
– EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
– Open to all nationalities
– Male, below 45 years old
– UAE based candidates will be prioritized
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related Engineering course
– Minimum 12 years of experience in QA/QC sector in Construction Industry
– Must be a Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015
– Proven working experience in Quality Management Systems in EPC projects
– Knowledgeable in International Standards related to Quality Management Systems (i.e. ISO 9001:2015)
– Experienced in performing Internal Audits on site
– Has experienced on working in a large infrastructure or Rail projects in Middle East
– Ability to prepare Project Quality Management System documentation (ex. Quality Plans, ITPs, Procedures)
– Strong analytical, planning, presentation and organizing skills
– Can work under pressure and a team player
– Fluent on speaking English, knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage
