Charterhouse is working with a global US law firm that is looking for a Commercial and Construction Dispute Resolution Associate with c.2 – 5 pqe to join its practice group in Dubai. The role will have an emphasis on construction disputes work, but covering commercial litigation and investigations work as part of the remit.
The role will involve working with the high profile Partners and senior Lawyers in the Dubai office as well as the firm’s international network, covering the full mix of high profile construction and other international arbitration work. The role will involve playing a key role in relation to high profile construction, energy, infrastructure commercial and financial services sector disputes as well as arbitration work. The firm works across the various international arbitration forums.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified Lawyer with experience at a leading global law, relating to construction, energy, infrastructure and commercial arbitration work, based either in the UAE with a leading law firm, or interested in relocating from the London, Sydney, Paris or other major disputes centres. There is excellent tax free US scale rates of remuneration on offer to attract a high calibre individual.
